• As a key team member in a global Supply Chain Management System (SCMS) program, handled procurement of non-pharmaceutical products, which accounted for 35% of more than $2.8 billion products procured by SCMS; procured about 250 million HIV tests which were delivered to high prevalence countries, so that millions of people around the world could know their status; and purchased approximately $356 million of products in the field, supporting local enterprises, many of which reported growth in revenue and service quality /
• As prime contractor of the Climate Economic Analysis for Development, Investment and Resilience (CEADIR) project, facilitated meetings between banks in El Salvador and USAID’s Development Credit Authority (DCA) that led to a 15-year guarantee of $54 million, a groundbreaking agreement that will direct at least $10.8 million (20%) to clean energy-specific projects and sparked interest in developing similar guarantees in Guatemala and Honduras /
• Worked with the Nigerian Customs Service to implement a fast track clearance system, thereby contributing to the Nigeria Expanded Trade and Transport (NEXXT) project achieving a 25% reduction (from 19.5 days to 14.7 days) in the time that it takes to import goods from Lagos to the Jibiya border with Niger. A study showed that the project reduced the cost to import by 35% and the cost to export by 21% /
• Completed 23 activities under USAID’s Agriculture Knowledge and Program Support (AKPS), a project that played a key role in shaping the global Feed the Future program by providing relevant designs and analysis to the Bureau for Food Security /
