Amanda has spent most of her career in international development. She has nearly 20 years’ experience working on governance, political transition, post-conflict recovery, and emergency humanitarian relief projects, including five as the director of U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) programs.

Amanda has worked in 14 countries across Africa, Asia, and Latin America. She has led successful business development and programme delivery, having built innovative partnerships with host governments and the private sector to reconstruct basic infrastructure from schools, health facilities, and government offices to roads and cell phone networks.

She has a track record of improving basic public services, as well as increasing the transparency, accountability, and responsiveness of governments in the world’s most challenging, politically unstable, and dangerous environments.

Amanda completed the TRIUM Global Executive MBA program in 2018 run jointly by the London School of Economics, New York University Stern School of Business, and HEC Paris. She is joining CA from FinClusive, a financial technology start up, where she served as director of community engagement and a member of the founding team.
