Louise enjoys working with stakeholders to create governance structures that are culturally flexible but sound. Her role involves preparing organisations for significant structural transformation.

As a former Senior Manager of PwC, Louise has acquired knowledge on areas such as mergers and acquisitions, tax advisory, auditing and corporate finance. With the breadth of these skills Louise and her team are able to support various projects from procurement to consultancy.

When she’s not in office, Louise loves to spend time with her dog looking for new parks to explore.
