Dr Marie-Jeanne Offossé is a Health Economist and has been Team Leader for Crown Agents Results-Based Financing in Health programme in Zimbabwe since 2016. She has contributed to several analytical studies ad projects which have influenced reforms of the RBF health model in Zimbabwe.

Marie-Jeanne has worked in the health sector in 13 countries across Africa and the Caribbean, where she has focused on costing and financial analysis, resource tracking/mapping, public financial management and human resource retention. She has also worked closely with health ministries in five countries to help strengthen health systems capacity.
