Penny Gruber /

Penny is a training, business development, conference and communications professional, with more than 20 years’ experience delivering highly successful projects worldwide.

She has worked for Crown Agents for three years. Prior to her appointment as Head of Training in March 2018, Penny was head of Product Development and Marketing, having previously held this role for RIPA International. Before her current career in international development, Penny worked for several years as a Conference Director, creating large-scale global conferences in sectors including social housing, high-tech and gaming. She has extensive experience of managing multi-discipline international teams and developing lasting partnerships with both commercial and professional bodies. She has also worked in PR, account managing major brands including Ford and Pepsi, and as freelance journalist. Penny has a BA in English Literature from the University of York, UK.

In her spare time, Penny enjoys travel, reading and working on film projects.
