A lawyer by profession, Sarah has 15 years experience designing, implementing and monitoring justice, governance and institutional reform programmes in conflict-affected contexts, with more than eight years living and working in East Africa, West Africa and South Asia.

She has a solid understanding of the strategic and practical challenges of delivering programmes in complex environments, is a skilled manager of human and financial resources with experience building teams, managing change and building relationships with clients, partner governments and peers to achieve business objectives.

In her spare time Sarah enjoys cooking for friends and exploring the countryside.
