Stefan has over 15 years of experience working in global health specialising in non-communicable diseases, primary health care service delivery, and comprehensive community health programmes across Africa, Latin America, USA, India and the UAE. As a technical lead and director, he has experience in business development and programme design, implementing and managing donor-funded health programmes. His experience spans across a wide spectrum of health programming including: health systems strengthening; economic strengthening; reproductive, maternal, newborn and child health; diabetes; cardiovascular disease; mental health; substance abuse; access to essential medicines; project management; fund and grant management.
