ASCEND: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PROCUREMENT OF AN IMPLEMENTING PARTNER TO SUPPORT THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF TRAINING RESOURCES FOR NTD SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT /

RFP REFERENCE NUMBER: WHOSOPRFP01

The Accelerating the Sustainable Control and Elimination of NTDs programme (ASCEND) Lots 1 and 2, wish to engage an Implementing Partner to support the design and development of training resources for NTD supply chain management.

Crown Agents Limited and the Royal Commonwealth Society for the Blind T/A Sightsavers, as leaders of the consortium respectively managing ASCEND Lots 1 and 2, now invites bids from suitably qualified Bidders to be engaged as subcontractors to design and develop a package of training resources consisting of a combination of face-to-face training materials and e-learning modules, to be used to build the capacity of Neglected Tropical Disease (NTD) programme staff and stakeholders involved in NTD supply chain management.

The Contract will be for a period of approximately 3 months, expected to between April 2021 to August 2021.

This is an open competition under which bids are invited from any organisation. Bidders may be commercial (for profit) firms, faith-based, and non-profit organisations, either independently or in partnership or consortia.

The deadline for submission of bids is 10:00 AM (UK time) on the 19th March 2021. Bids must be submitted electronically in accordance with instructions contained in the RFP. Late bids will be rejected.

Bids will be evaluated in accordance with procedures and evaluation criteria described in the RFP. The successful bidder will be invited to negotiate and sign a subcontract based on terms set out in the RFP.
