Guyana – Water – FY2011 /

Grant Aid for Environment and Climate Change for the Project for the Rehabilitation of the East Demerara Water Conservancy (II) for the Republic of Guyana

The government of the Republic of Guyana has received a grant of 302,000,000 yen from the government of Japan for the provision of goods, works, and services for the rehabilitation of intake/relief sluice facilities. Additional goods will be procured by outstanding funds.

Items expected to be purchased include:

• Amphibious Excavator
• Double Cabin Pick-up
• Desktop Computer

Bidders shall not be debarred by the Government of Japan and/or by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) from participating in bidding exercises.

It is a prerequisite for all companies wishing to participate in the bid invitations that they must register their interest by completing the supplier registration form from the ‘REGISTER’ button located at this page.
