Crown Agents issued tenders, made recommendations award recommendations and placed contracts for the supply, installation and training in the use of video gastroscopy and video colonoscopy systems to 6 end-user hospitals.

8 end-user hospitals received digital X-ray systems and associated services procured by Crown Agents as the appointed procurement agent. All the equipment was successfully delivered, installed and staff were trained in its operation and maintenance.

Responsible procurement

All goods were sources from areas affected by the 2011 earthquake in Eastern Japan, to support their redevelopment.
